Thank you for supporting our small business! Every JiMi Keepsake is made with love and care from our workshop in Pakenham, VIC.

Turnaround Time

All items are made to order, with a standard production time of up to 20 business days (this does not include shipping time).

We’ll always do our best to get your order out as soon as we can — and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or reliable courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days (after dispatch)

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (after dispatch)
    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and time of year.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, we are unable to control any delays, but we’re always happy to help track it down if needed.

Important Notes

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during busy seasons (e.g. Christmas, Easter). Please order early to avoid disappointment.

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping costs.
